Our Mission + Story
We know how hard becoming a homeowner is, firsthand.
Our founder, like many hopeful homebuyers, faces numerous challenges and hurdles on the path to realizing his dream of purchasing a home. The arduous journey of renting and saving takes an incredibly long time, testing patience and resolve. Yet, when he finally accumulated sufficient funds, he was confronted with yet another daunting obstacle – a scarcity of affordable homes. The real estate market was flooded with cash investors, driving up prices and making homeownership seem like an unattainable dream. Frustrated by the lack of solutions that truly addressed the plight of prospective homeowners, our founder's frustration turned into inspiration. It was this very frustration that ignited the spark behind the birth of Cherry—a visionary concept aiming to revolutionize the housing market with its innovative and equitable approach. Today, Cherry stands as a beacon of hope, offering a better, more affordable, and fair solution to the long-standing challenges in making homeownership a reality.
